Personal data processing agreement

In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, the client agrees with the processing of their personal data provided voluntarily to Perfect Clinic, s.r.o. The client hereby agrees that the information collected by Perfect Clinic, s.r.o. for inclusion in its database, may be used to offer products and services including the distribution of advertising materials until a written revocation of the provided consent is given. The client also agrees, under Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended, to receive commercial communications by all electronic means. The client is aware that their consent to receive commercial communications and electronic mails for the purposes of direct marketing may be withdrawn at any time in writing or by email sent to info@perfectclinic.cz.

Privacy protection policy

The service provider ensures that all personal data is protected in accordance with current legislation and secured against misuse or unauthorized access.

By agreeing to this policy, the client acknowledges that one of the services provided by the portal is publishing and disseminating information. This information may be indexed by search engines.

This policy is related only to services provided by the portal provider, and not to services, personal data or any further information provided by third parties and published on the portal (web links).

Personal data processing

The service provider is the personal data administrator. The service provider will process data in accordance with current legislation.

The service provider processes personal data to the extent necessary for providing services on the portal.

Personal data protection

All personal data is processed and kept in a database, which complies with data protection conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation. In order to protect individual rights, the service provider may disclose personal data to the state authorities, in accordance with current legislation. In case of a legal dispute or any other litigation with the state authorities, the service provider may disclose all provided information including personal data.

Editing, updating and removing personal data

Clients have the option to edit or update any personal information they provide on the website. Removing personal data from their profile does not mean the client withdraws their consent to personal data processing, which was agreed upon during registration. Clients wishing to withdraw their consent are invited to contact the service provider at info@perfectclinic.cz

Operational data

Other operational data is processed by the service provider, such as IP addresses. This data is used for technical purposes and to collect statistical demographic data. Furthermore, the service provider uses web cookies in order to adapt to the individual needs of users. Disabling web cookies will still allow use of the website’s services.

Using Google services

The service provider uses Google AdWords for online marketing purposes. Third-party suppliers, and Google, display the service provider’s advertisements on various webpages. The service provider and other third-party suppliers use web cookies to disseminate information and to optimize, as well as display, advertisements on the basis of a user’s previous visits to the portal. Web cookies are also used to create reviews regarding advertisement display and other advertising methods, and to facilitate interactions between these advertisements and advertising services related to website visits.

Other terms and conditions

The service provider has the right to amend any of the provisions in these terms and conditions.

Invalidity of any of the provisions does not automatically render the rest of the terms and conditions invalid.

Both the service provider and the client agree that these terms and conditions are in accordance with Czech law. Should any legal dispute occur, it will be subject to Czech laws and the Czech judicial system.

These terms and conditions take effect the day they are published on the website. The old terms and conditions are hereby invalid.
